The size of C-shaped skeleton generally ranges from 10mm × 10mm to 100mm × 100mm, and commonly used materials include cold-rolled silicon steel plate and non oriented silicon steel plate. The characteristics of C-type skeleton are simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and easy processing and installation. However, for large transformers, the stiffness and stability of C-type skeleton are relatively poor.

2、 E-shaped skeleton

The cross-section of the E-shaped skeleton is E-shaped, which is a commonly used skeleton for small power transformers. The size of E-type skeleton generally ranges from 10mm × 10mm to 100mm × 100mm, and commonly used materials include cold-rolled silicon steel plate and non oriented silicon steel plate. The characteristics of E-type skeleton are low manufacturing cost, easy processing and installation, but for large transformers, its stiffness and stability are relatively poor.

3、 Type I skeleton

The cross-section of the I-shaped skeleton is I-shaped, which is a commonly used skeleton for power transformers. The size of Type I skeleton generally ranges from 40mm × 40mm to 500mm × 500mm, and commonly used materials include cold-rolled silicon steel plate and non oriented silicon steel plate. The characteristics of Type I skeleton are structural stability, high stiffness, and strong load-bearing capacity, but the manufacturing cost is relatively high.

4、 U-shaped skeleton

The cross-section of the U-shaped skeleton is U-shaped and is a commonly used skeleton for high-voltage power transformers. The size of U-shaped skeleton generally ranges from 50mm × 50mm to 800mm × 800mm, and commonly used materials include cold-rolled silicon steel plate and non oriented silicon steel plate. The characteristics of a U-shaped skeleton are structural stability, high stiffness, and strong load-bearing capacity, but the manufacturing cost is relatively high.

5、 RM type skeleton

RM type skeleton is a type of magnetic core skeleton mainly used in the manufacturing of high-frequency inductors and transformers. The size of RM type skeleton generally ranges from 5mm × 5mm to 20mm × 30mm, and commonly used materials include magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials. The characteristics of RM type skeleton are compact structure, stable performance, easy assembly and installation, etc.
